Hey guys! How are you doing with the one day challenges so far? How much water did you drink in the challenge two days ago?
(or 115 calories in a regular coffee).
Now that doesn’t seem like much at first, but when you do some math, the numbers look like this:
2 double double coffees/day = 460 cals
7 days = 3,220 cals (to lose 1 lb you need a 3500 cal deficit)
52 weeks = 167,440 cals (47.84 pounds)
47 pounds of EMPTY CALORIES!
