Today is day 14 of the 31 day challenge – how are you doing so far? I was quite surprised how easily I adjusted to drinking my coffee black from Saturday’s challenge. At first I was hesitant to try it, but I found that after having a few cups over the past couple of days that I don’t even miss the cream and sugar. Small changes like drinking black coffee can really make a difference long term. By avoiding empty calories you can fill up on more nutrient rich foods and thus take in more fuel for your body.
