As I wrote
two three days ago, I’m participating in the Tough as Nails #fitblog PLANK Challenge for the six weeks from May 16th to June 26th. To stay motivated, I’ve teamed up with three very lovely and very inspirational ladies:

My Goals and Plank Program:
My abs are still weak from having the baby. I know that with a strengthening program I’ll have less back pain at the end of the day from picking up all of the toys 🙂 I really would like to have a stronger core and better posture.
To get there, Ill be doing 3 sets of planks twice a day. Each set I’m going to hold AS LONG as I can.
