Hey guys! I’m a day behind in posting the August Healthy Living / Fitness Blogger posts and for that I apologize. I arrived safe and sound in Boston last night, after a very uneventful flight and am finding it weirdly quiet here without the kiddos. I had a fantastic breakfast this morning at the DoubleTree Bedford Hotel (mmmmm Irish Steelcut Oats) and we’re about to head into downtown Boston, for some shopping, walking and to fulfill one of my dreams: to watch a Red Sox game at Fenway Park.
Today we’re writing about what’s in our gym bags:
Typically my gym bag carries:
- My running shoes (Asics)
- A tank top (Pictured is my favourite Lululemon tank< )/li>
- Addidas shorts (though sometimes it’s my running skirt, but I had to pack lightly for this trip, and my shorts are smaller)
- Old Navy sports socks
- Fuel belt for carrying my iphone in when I run
- Ear buds
- And my weight gloves:
(I forgot to bring them along with me this trip)
- Clean Water Bottle (not pictured because it was too big to carry on the plane)
