Day 6! How is everyone doing? Are you enjoying the writing challenge so far? I’m greatly enjoying everyone’s responses and posts, though I have to admit I’m a bit behind in my reading and commenting – I’ll have to get caught up later on. Today we’re discussing our highs and lows from the past year.
Highs: All of my PR’s this year. The half marathon in March, the 10k in May and the 5k in June. I really hope that the SPrint triathlon in a month from now is no different. How cool would it be to PR every single race I do this year?
Lows: I gotta admit that things have been running pretty smooth lately in casa de Fitness Chherleader, and the only regret I have from this past year is missing the Around The Bay 30k race in March that I had signed up for with my friend Emma. It was disappointing, but missing it was for the best because I had a kidney infection – I figured that one race wasn’t worth causing long-term damage to my kidneys.
