I was doing SO WELL!
January was amazing! And then February hit….
Hubby went away for business for the first week and I fit in whatever exercise I could amongst the chauffeuring to sports, working and parenting.
The second week hubby was away again. Hockey, softball, swimming lessons, parenting, work… UGH! I did some running on my lunches plus a kettlebell workout but things were really starting to go down hill.
Hubby was back last week and I was so happy to see him, but unmotivated with the whole fitness healthy eating thing. UGH! I am so mad at myself for undoing pretty much all of my progress. Three steps forward, two steps back. Sigh.
I guess I could be mad at myself and continue to sabotage myself or get right back on the horse. It’s time to start food journaling again, it’s time to focus again on being active every day. I need to remind myself that this is how running makes me feel:
I can do this right?

Monday: Family Zumba with Amber for Family Day at the community centre
Tuesday: Lunch run – 6k
Wednesday: Lunch run – Speedwork
Thursday: Kettlebell HIIT Workout
Friday: Lunch run – 6k
Saturday: Kettlebell HIIT Workout
Sunday: Yoga Video
