How’s everyone doing? This past week has been very busy for me! I decided last Sunday to #dosomething everyday for 20 min for the entire month of May and I’ve been keeping steady with it. It’s been exhausting – but I feel so awesome and EMPOWERED!
Here’s a summary of my progress:
May 1 ” Ran for 20 min.
May 2 ” Met my friend at the gym at 6am and did a full-body weight blast.
May 3 ” Went to the gym and did a 6am BodyPump class.
May 4 ” Went on a 4.8k run pushing the kids in the jogger
May 5 – BodyPump class, 3k Power walk with my friend
May 6 ” Met my friend at the gym at 6am and did a full-body weight blast.
May 7 – Ran 10K
May 8 – 20 min Ab Burner Nike Training Club Workout
May 9 – Ran 4k Pushing the kiddos in the stroller
Things are going really well – I’m enjoying my new gym membership, though getting up at 5:45 am after being woken up 2-3 times a night by a teething baby is not fun. I’m having a hard time making good food decisions because I’m SO tired. Keeping up with the kids, and not getting a good sleep at night is really making me CRANKY and HUNGRY! Though the activity every day is helping me stay POSITIVE.

All in all it’s been a great week and I’m really enjoying this personal challenge. I *may* even see how long I continue this beyond May… Hmmmm….
