This is my Mamavation post for Monday, February 28, 2011.
How was your week last week? Did your drink your water? Get your beauty sleep? Eat your 7-8 servings of fruits and veggies? (Remember: fruit and veggies are chock full of fiber!) AND sweat for 30-45min everyday?

I had a fantastic week – I’ve kept up my commitment to eating 7-8 servings of fruits and veggies, eating more protein, having white carbs only once a day, and SWEATING more.
So here’s a summary of what I accomplished:
Monday: Ran 5.5 K (40min)
Tuesday: 60min Mommy/Baby Bootcamp class
Thursday: 60min Mommy/Baby Bootcamp class
Saturday: 45min Nike Training Club Workout
Sunday: Ran 6.5K (46min)
