I don’t know about you, but my kids are picky, picky eaters. They usually will find one thing on their plate that they like and will eat only that one thing. Because of that, single dish meals are very popular here – soup, casseroles, stews and of course chili!
Below is a recipe for my kids favourite chili! Truth is, I love it too, as I often will sneak in some extra vegetables that need to be used up from the fridge ie: zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Give it a try and tell me what you think!
